An oasis of serenity in the heart of Toubacouta

On the edge of the magnificent Saloum Delta lies Le Jardin du Saloum, a charming guesthouse where nature, simplicity, and human warmth come together.

Behind this little corner of paradise are Sofie and Fernand, a Belgian couple who fell in love with Senegal and the unique hospitality of Toubacouta. What began as a dream has become a place where travelers can recharge, reconnect, and discover the authentic Africa.

The guesthouse is lovingly and carefully managed by Bakary Diop Sarr, our experienced manager with over fifteen years in the tourism industry. Knowing the region inside out, Bakary gladly shares his knowledge and stories with our guests.

Our three comfortable rooms are nestled in a lush garden filled with tropical flowers and birdsong. Here, you can relax by the pool, ease into the day with a sunrise yoga session, or set out on an adventure through the mangroves or the village.
