General Terms and Booking Conditions – Le Jardin du Saloum
Welcome to Le Jardin du Saloum 🌺
We want your stay to be as pleasant and relaxing as possible.
Below are our general and booking conditions, written in a friendly and transparent way so everything is clear before and during your stay.
1. Reservations
You can make a reservation by phone, email, or through our website.
Your booking becomes final once it has been confirmed by us and the deposit has been received.
We will then send you a confirmation with all the details of your stay.
2. Payment
The remaining balance can be paid at the end of your stay,
in cash (EUR or CFA) or by a pre-approved electronic payment method.
Any additional costs (excursions, special services, etc.) will be charged upon departure.
3. Cancellation and Modification
We understand that plans can change.
Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival.
Cancellations within 15 days before arrival will incur a 50% charge of the total amount.
Cancellations within 7 days or no-shows will be charged the full amount.
Reservation changes are possible upon request and subject to availability.
4. Arrival and Departure
Check-in: from 4:00 PM
Check-out: by 11:00 AM
Early arrival or late departure can be arranged upon request, depending on availability.
5. Responsibility and Safety
We do our best to provide a safe and comfortable stay.
However, the B&B cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Children must always be supervised by an adult, especially around the pool and garden.
Pets are allowed only by prior agreement.
6. Guest Conduct
Please treat our staff, other guests, and our facilities with respect.
Any damage caused to rooms or property may be charged.
To ensure everyone’s comfort, please avoid noise after 10:00 PM.
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
7. Excursions and Activities
We are happy to help you arrange excursions and activities in the area.
Participation is at your own risk.
The B&B is not responsible for accidents during activities organized by third parties.
8. Complaints and Suggestions
Your satisfaction means a lot to us.
If you have any comments or concerns during your stay, please let our team know – we’ll do our best to assist you promptly.
9. Force Majeure
In exceptional circumstances (natural disasters, government regulations, extreme weather, etc.),
the B&B cannot be held liable for events beyond its control.
